Training of Trainers (ToT)
Center for Human Rights is going to conduct TOT. The participants, after undergoing the training, will train community rights promoters who are individuals drawn from membership based associations such as local elders, Idirs, women associations, associations of persons with disabilities and labor unions to promote human rights awareness in general and the rights of vulnerable social groups in particular within their communities in a sustainable manner. The participants of the TOT program are drawn from local universities and other organizations such as justice offices, courts and civil societies.
The training of trainers is organized to produce trainers who will be capable of training volunteer community rights promoters to be engaged in awareness raising campaigns on human rights in general and rights of women, children, workers, refugees and migrants and persons with disabilities in particular.
